Pretty much a normal thing, probably triggered by something that was a part of your drinking habits, I have been sober for quite a while now and still have the occasional drinking dream and wake up with the feeling that I blew my sobriety, takes a little bit to realize it was a dream and I didn't drink ... Same thing happens with smoking dreams... has been 20 years since I smoked and longer than that for drinking, old habits die hard.

I doubt it is anything more than that in this case for you...Sometimes old habits pop up and surprise us now and then but usually have no real effect on anything and don't really mean anything at all.
