My sponsor tells me craves are a reminder we get a daily reprieve from this disease. She suggested do one or more of the following: Write a gratitude list, call her or someone else in recovery, go to a meeting, ask my HP for help to not pick up, read recovery literature, exercise, reach out to someone else struggling, do something nice for another person anonymously.....there are so many ways to get out of ourselves if we are willing. Hang in there. This too shall pass.
