25. I don't think there are any consistent recommendations out there.

My husband is on 20 mg of a statin. He takes two 100 mg capsules of ubiquinol daily. He started by taking only one capsule and decided to try going up to two and he felt that was even more effective for him. It probably varies per individual and how healthy someone’s diet is.
