i think I've had it 2 or 3 times. I'm fully vaxxed all along. The lingering symptoms are sinus congestion more than before, tickling cough. I've had pretty good results treating it as inflammation, which is to say food allergies. If I cut sugar to zero, go light on dairy and wheat, and keep a light balanced diet that's when I feel best. By light I mean complex carbs, vegetables, quality protein. Overeating causes a relapse, and don't load on the junk food.
