@FeistyLibLady
Liberal SCOTUS justices Elena Kagan, Ketanji Brown Jackson and Sonia Sotomayor led the way in pointing out the harm of laws withholding healthcare from women in cases where a woman's health is at risk but her life is not threatened YET.

Even Justice conservative Justice Amy Coney Barrett seemed to think Idaho's case was wrong in risking a women's life.

But the draconian Justice Samuel Alito, a diehard conservative, thought doctors have two equal patients when a pregnant woman shows up at an ER: the woman and her fetus.

Looks like this will be a win for the forced birthers.

Murder of a woman with a health issues while pregnant will be the law of the land if the forced-birthers appointed by Donald Trump get their way.

Don't forget on November 5, 2024, Donald Trump doesn't give a fuck if women are murdered.

After all he did say women should be punished for having an abortion.

His SCOTUS appointees very might just okay the ultimate punishment for a woman who NEEDS an abortion by denying it to her.
