I find it easier to keep exercise commitments if I feel accountable to another person, whether a friend or even occasionally a trainer, on those days when I just lack motivation. Sometimes you cannot get it done all by yourself, so maybe enlisting a friend for those walks a couple times a week might be a good addition to your current program. Gives you something to look forward to, if you enjoy conversing with that person.
