just not a fan of nut butters.

A banana or a cheese stick/laughing cow cheese help too. Not too caloric before bed, but sate enough that the hunger pangs don't keep you from falling asleep.

I eat my dinner around 5:30-6... and go to sleep around 9, which works most nights. But if I'm up later, I tend to need a snack.
