8. About a year ago my appetite diminished significantly.

Not entirely sure why. but I've lost nearly 50 pounds since then.

I honestly consider myself fortunate with the appetite loss. I don't feel a lot of personal responsibility, and yet I've lost all this weight.

Much of my life I've struggled with weight loss, so I understand. I wish I could offer more substantial advice. I will say that perhaps if you tune in carefully to your body, it will become clear.

No matter what, I offer you love and support.
