5. I read you are not supposed to sit for more

than 30 min so I set my tracker to go off if I do. So throughout the day my wrist will buzz and I immediately stand up and walk around even if working at computer watching a movie or just relaxing.

I have a golden retriever and we walk him miles every day with some "up" and in good weather twice a day.

I do yoga, tai chi, qigong for strength and to calm my body.

Just started weights at home light ones and resistance straps. And taking a free senior balance class, sounds easy until you see what they have us do!
