4. yes....minor slip from mid Nov to now (198 up to 202 or so), but not too bad....

too much tasty (but caloric) food around, going out to lunch or dinner, parties - and with the garden put to bed, less activity!

Going to try to hold below 204 through just after new year and then hit it hard and go back to mainly veggie or vegan through January. Really want to get to 190 by next spring!
