8. Coffee and water.

Cottage cheese with chopped grape tomatoes, salt and pepper. Half a banana (they gave us really big ones this week.)

Husband had his yogurt and half a banana earlier, as well as a slice of cheese danish. Coffee and water.

Now he's hungry, so frying up some sausage patties, eggs and baking biscuits.
