5. Having a leisurely, enjoyable morning

after all that work yesterday. Today I'm going over again, so having a breakfast to keep me going.

First I had a salad with top notch feta that I picked up at Whole Foods (WF). Feta is ever so good with Italian dressing.

Next up was a slice of shrimp-asparagus-Swiss cheese quiche.

Fresh pot of decaf.

Lemon-ginger kombucha.

And before I go, I'm having half a banana with cottage cheese and agave. Toasted almonds, too.
