18. My parents had Swedish meatballs and noodles

I don't think we had a special recipe for the meatballs, just mixed meat, breadcrumbs, onions, garlic, egg, browned them, removed to a dish and made pan gravy. served over broad noodles.

When I was young, they were an elegant holiday dish
