What's for Dinner, Tues., Jan. 14, 2025 [View all]

Antipasto salad, but with greens. Has Genoa salami, stuffed green olives, artichokes that have been marinated in olive oil and herbs, red onion (sliced thinly on the mandoline), cucumber, and tomatoes. Homemade lemon-scallion vinaigrette.

Cup of red lentil-coconut soup.

Half a breaded cod sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and tartar sauce.

Pomegranate kombucha.

Dessert: 2 chocolates from the box the RG had sent to me from Italy.
