24. I know it's not the same as fresh, but I do keep on hand dehydrated onion chips and they seem to last a long time.

Your post reminded me I need to buy some canned sweet potatoes, again not as good as frozen or fresh, but still nutritious and satisfying. My guilty pleasures are Gardein products
