this recipe is incredible, delicious, light on the stomach and all the spices and flavors give it a 5 star wow.
the crunchy texture of the baked tofu with the other ingredients (nuts, sprouts, mushrooms veggies) just merge together very well with the soy sauce.
It is very easy to make once you have all the proper cooking utensils ( I press the excess water from the tofu with a press b4 adding the spices)
It takes a little getting used to the procedure involved but it is a favorite for me now. I don't go through that often maybe once every 3 months.
