Turned out yummy and there is a short on YouTube that shows you how.
Mashed potatoes
A BIG salad …and I made my vinaigrette with mandarin orange, red wine vinegar, avocado oil, S&P and minced shallots. Super good and lotsa goodies in the salad and topped with an Omega 3 nut and fruit mix.

Also made apple crisp with WA Ambrosia apples and more of the nut and fruit mix

Couple glasses of deep dark Cabernet to go with!

Gonna smoke a big fat joint for second dessert!!!
