9. I waited too long. Pan in the frig, will eat tomorrow, probably 2 meals if I factor in Skippa's portion.

I'm going with the sour cream and 1/2 and 1/2 option tomorrow...I let it go a little too long tonight. Still delicious though. Ate a ham on rye with swiss and mustard.
