I have a cramp in my arm from patting myself on the back [View all]

This morning I replaced the heating element, thermostat cut off kit, and thermal fuse on my dryer. I didn't electrocute myself, and it's working.

One of my sons volunteered to do it for me, but he lives about 100 miles away so I didn't want him to have to drive here. I could also have asked another son who lives here, but I thought I should at least try to do it myself before bothering him. I'm sure he could have done it much faster, but it's nice to know that I can still figure things out on my own.
