Mr. Diamond got his tomatoes in about a week ago. We have Early Girl, 4th of July, Brandywine, Red Beefsteak, Better Boy, and Moby Grape. 14 plants in all. Cages are around every one. Your Cherokee Purple has me curious. Maybe we should try that one next year. Did you grow it from seed or buy a plant already started?

We also have two rows of lettuces - green leaf, red leaf, and red romaine. Those always do well for us every year.

With all the rain we have had, everything is growing very well. Happy planting!
