19. I have experienced both depression

and now grief. I think grief is much, much worse. My apt is an empty tomb without my happy, loving baby. They will always be our babies. My grief is as bad as when my dad suddenly died 4 years ago. The best I can do is "manage" it. I hope you can manage it better than I have.
