19. I am jealous! Congratulations!

Having one just snuggle up to you like that is so gratifying! One of our older cats did that when I brought him (literally) in from the cold. (it only took about 6 hours, which still blows my mind)

We have a failed foster who is still not socialized after 3 years; she has improved - at least she isn't under the furniture all the time. Still can't pet her but she isn't jumping away when we get close to her- now we just get an epic glare .! She is madly in love with our 19 year old cat, though. We measure progress in miniscule amounts.

You are doing good work with your yard babies. Your stories make me wish a baby or two would show up here.
