The new bed is called a "Pleasant" mattress. I had to buy a frame for it as I no longer had one after they hauled that other thing away.

More about it here: http://www.pleasantmattress.com/about

I don't know how popular it is as where I live there is only two furniture stores.

They had two that they had sold to others with MS. I tried them both out (without looking at the price tag!) and the one I picked is great. It is a soft pillow-top mattress; double-size.

It was quite pricey I must admit but they didn't charge me any sales tax on it so it was about $1500.00 which is the most I'd ever paid for a double-sized mattress.

The cats agree as you can see!

I cannot get them to leave that room nor the bed and I do have another room with a queen-size bed in it that they don't like. It is too hard for me so I never use it and the cats strongly prefer the new soft pillow-top. I keep it around for any guests that may show-up needing a place to sleep.

Quality sleep is so important!
