16. I wonder if Ember's discomfort with rainstorms

comes from picking up my concern. She might have noticed me watching the sky through my window that faces west and gives a narrow view of southwest. But I only do that for thunderstorms. Ember gets nervous over all rain, even without thunder and lightening.

Right now, she's curled up inside her carrier although it's not raining yet. The sky is a light gray color. The atmosphere, even inside, is humid.
