Words are of little help right now. In many philosophies it is advised that you cry as you must until it stops. That can be very rough on mind and body and I don't recommend extended grief that includes crying, physically. Knowing you are in that place, I've traveled that path many times, I will offer that in taking care of yourself, partaking of infrequent doses of lavender tea. It will ease some of the rawness and let you sleep when that comes. For now, that's the best I can offer after a big, long, tearful hug.
