I accept my cats' predatory nature so didn't freak out when he brought home a huge dead squirrel. When he left it for a minute, hubs grabbed it up and tossed it over the fence into the deep ditch so it would be part of the nature cycle. When the occasional lizzard gets in, we just take it away and put it outside when he drops it. Chasing flying insects is his main joy. He and the dog compete for catching flies.
