potbelly, enlarged liver, thirst/lack of control peeing which he never had issue. but not a definite diagnosis and wonder if something else. going to get a ultra sound, vet says that is a good predictor and could show other issues. but i like the vet cause honest about effectiveness of drugs and consideration of cost
