16. When my last dog passed

I decided I couldn't do it again.

That was the first time no dog was in my bed.

I've got to say that there are times when I feel like one of my dogs from the past have just jumped up on the bed and settled in. That familiar bumb. Makes me smile in memory.

You'll be alright.
