Our high school was a voting location, and one of those machines was stored there. We were allowed to use it for all our in house elections (student council, cheerleaders, homecoming queen, etc) It was nice preparation for the real thing when we turned 18 and could vote.

My college also had one which we used for various campus elections

My first vote was for a Circuit Court Judge (a Democrat) in Kentucky. He was a long time family friend. Fast forward to 1983 and he officiated at our wedding.

First presidential vote was for Humphrey, one of the finest candidates to never become President.
