In one episode, のび太くん said "ちくしょうあいつら！" which I was told meant something like "Why those lousy bums!" But when I said that to my students when discussing that particular cartoon, ママ had a fit! And it cost me my job, making $60 for talking to kids for an hour

I can laugh about that now...
