Children with relatives in the military can wear a t-shirt that says Air Force, and American Flag clothing can be seen as a 'statement celebrating a students American culteral identity'. Then maybe the childish stifling of shoolkids expression thru clothing will again be allowed instead of the childish 'turn it inside out', or suspension from school.
