Seriously.

If we can't have both HR-1 and HR-4 - get this shit up to through the courts.

Maybe when The Predecessors SCOTUS appointments come right out and say "non whites can't vote" - Sinema can pull Manchin over the line.

She can't win without Latino and Indigenous Americans votes.
