These are all over NOLA, on high-end suvs since Katrina. [View all]
No way are these people are thanking Houston for their hospitality and kindness.
A friend from down there told me about them, but Google images didn't come up with ONE! Had to find it on an obscure blog on which the blogger speculated
that they were truly in earnest.
