1. I don't like the way the jury thing is set up.

It shouldn't ask me for a first judgment until AFTER it's shown me the comment being alerted on in context. I always click through to read the OP and the given subthread in which the alerted upon comment resides. Reading the individual comment without any context other than the alerter's words can be incredibly misleading.
