I am sickened at the carte blanche given prison staffers to abuse inmates-especially to this degree. Do these guards watch films of Russian prison practices or Abu Gharib nutjobs? Or are they fulfilling their steroid/robocop fantasies? These state employees MUST have at the very least a modicum of assent from the higher ups! So sorry for this illegally sanctioned suffering.
