To drop off or pick up a student/day care child you are allowed to carry. Parking lots are also considered "safe havens" for CCW.

If you are going in for any extended time you are supposed to store your firearm in the locked trunk of your car.

I'm really sorry if that upsets you, but cheer up, one of these days you'll have a win for gun control ... maybe ... someday ... nah.

So maybe it's not the "Republican controlled Ohio House" that's at fault. Maybe it's you and the NYTimes that still just don't get it.
