This is one of the reasons why I find it somewhat acceptable that medical clinics, Dr offices, and hospitals post no firearm signs. If you're a patient, you are going to be poked and gouged at during your visit. Bring a armed family member along for your visit, otherwise leave your SD pistol in the car.

Back when my DW was still in direct patient care she'd have one or two stories a week about patients with guns. LOL
