controllers who are downright mean and nasty, SecMo has a good demeanor.

Anyway, I edited my OP. Check out that paper from SSRN. I read it Friday and was blown away...lots of good thoughts and I can see a constitutional framework starting to emerge on 2A issues based on what's described in the paper. Totally fascinating.
