4. Wasn't "the middle ages"...

Wasn't "the middle ages" a time period when those with weapons ran roughshod over those without?

I can just imagine taking todays debate back to those times, and applying it to swords:

"Whats the difference between a regular sword and an assault sword?"


"How will taking the swords we use to defend ourselves with improve our situation when the criminal element come to our doors making demands on our lives and property, and often our wives and children?"



I personally consider mandated disarmament an affront to human rights and basic human decency.
