CA has just implemented a whole raft of restrictions (on ammo sales, possession of magazines with capacity over 10 rounds, an expanded definition of "assault weapon" that will require previously CA-legal AR-pattern rifles to be further modified or removed from the state and prohibit future sales of previously-legal guns). NY, of course, implemented their own restrictions last year or the year before.
