4. This is kind of funny-- a great big F.U. to the state government from Tucson!

The state may be able to legally bar local governments from enacting guns laws more strict than the state's--

but they can't "order" local governments to ignore federal law, and the localities are right to ignore such orders.
What the state is attempting to do is totally unconstitutional-- akin to the "nullfication" attempts of the 1800s. I thought that issue was settled some 180 years ago...
