1. Troops cost 72 million???

This has got to be an amazing about of cash......I thought the troops were already part of the budget for 2018?? Did the DOD just charge the government for more money!!!!! I am a veteran and we were all trained to provide first aid. I think any military person would provide first aid assistance versus making medical decision concerning cancer or an illness.........
