13. With all that's going on in the world right now, things just seem more complicated.

At least they do for me. I'm in my late sixties and I find the stress of Trump, et al make even smaller decision making tasks more difficult. I watched a video a couple of days ago explaining (the obvious!) that our nervous systems are on constant high alert because of all of this.

I don't have any words of wisdom for your particular situation, but just wanted to say that you need to be gentle with yourself through this. Change is hard. Take a breath. Try not to think about it for a few minutes. Relax. It'll all get done.
