If people are going to talk about putting more officers in schools, as a proposed measure to "harden schools", then police reform must be a part of the conversation. Extra law enforcement around may make our white brothers and sisters feel better, but our experiences need to be discussed too. I've posted a cnn segment featuring Symone Sanders (a while ago) that gets at this very point. Our allies need to hear this. I'm going to keep posting things from my perspective and I hope that you continue to do the same.
