This is a remix version of The Mountain Goats track from 'Heretic Pride' (2008) by Aesop Rock. As far as I know the remix was just done by Aesop out of appreciation for the original - he adds a verse at the end.

The song addresses the xenophobia embedded in Lovecraft , which the book also tries to turn on its head.
