Can someone help me with the name of this novel? It starts around 1960, with a divorced **SPOILERS* [View all]

woman and her son and daughter moving to a new neighborhood. A neighbor boy becomes a close friend.

The divorced woman's son disappeared and is never found.

kind of sounds like The Lovely Bones but, that was about a girl and I think it was set more in the Tuesday Afternoon Mar 2015 #1
