Is Sinema a Democrat or not? She cannot have it both ways.

She cannot be for something like Voting Rights, and be for a rule that prevents bills from getting debated or blocked entirely.

She knows when Mitch McConnell was Senate Majority Leader, NOTHING got done. Democrats could not filibuster for the Right reasons.
