1. I love poetry!

I can always find a poem that can express my mood. I remember discovering science fiction poetry decades ago.
Poems are a lot like art. You have the classic poets/poems and then you have the street poets/slam types. They always sound angry. I prefer Charlotte Mew/Frost/cummings /Dickinson/etc.
Last month I read Walt Whitman's The Complete Collection.
Young people need to learn ways to express themselves, and poetry and prose is a great way to do that.
