their dependable as in never had let me sitting. The one got two daughters thru college on daily commute. and I would still have had the 01 if I was not in accident with it. I say go for it I replaced the 01 with a vw diesel, wife has the new cars as she commutes and travels for work. But I do find myself searching Craigslist at times for another Outback. the Subaru I was in accident with had 276.000 miles. And in my hatred of car payments I bought a motor that had 12.000 miles on it replaced motor. And at 51 my wife jokingly said well now you have reliable car for next 15 years until you retire. I said absolutely dear piss on the banks and car payments.
