6. I've had a daily yogic practice for about six years.

Various practices have gone on for various times. The rolling resolutions idea came off of that experience.

Diet is hard for me to commit to. There are some 10 day cleanses that have made me feel remarkably better in the past. Poco a poco (little by little ) I figure I can get better.
